Hi I have two public mobile numbers and both are having enough data package balance left. Since last night our both numbers data package is not connecting. Is it any technical issue after yesterday’s Hurricane in Halifax. We are using the numbers in Halifax B3L 4P2. Kindly help.

I had an issue on Friday night that resulted in data failing to connect. My issue wasn't whether related and fixed itself after a few hours later. If it's a network issue, you'll have to wait it out. If it's an account issue (doubtful since it's both of your accounts), you'll have to get the moderators to take a look.

@zahabiyah1 hi we had the same issue 2 phones it is because of the storm it should be fixed shortly

Have you tried rebooting your phone?
