Connecting my phone to Data

Hello

I have a new phone (Ulefone Armor 2), and I can't seem to get it connected to Data

It checks in the IMEI tool, I've set up the APN, and it says I'm registered to the Public Mobile Network 4G, but still no data.

Any advice?

@will13am it checks on the website you provided for 3G.  It is currently set to 3G.  Still nothing.

@Perth, my sense is this phone does not have band 4 LTE which is why you are having problems with getting a LTE connection.  Are you able to get 3G?  By the way, the IMEI checker is notoriously inaccurate.  This site is a bit better but still lacking when it comes to checking non main stream brands.
