I have changed my plans and pm taken out 2 payment at once can they credited me one back to my account thanks

@RakeshManohar   Does the extra payment show up on your CC transactions.  If there was an extra charge, it will be used towards your next payment cycle.  Check your account balance to see if it shows the funds sitting there.  Refunds can take upto a month anyway so it's probably not worth contacting moderators for that.

BTW Make sure you didn't buy any add-ons that would account for the extra charge.

@RakeshManohar please log into your self service account and see if there is a credit balance for 1 of the amounts. Basically, you can ask for a refund, but it would take approximately 30 days to get it. Better to leave it there to pay for your next 30 cycle renewal.
