@GSMS Free feel to share your solution with us.
Btw 50 minutes doesn't go far. You may consider upgrading to the $15 plan for your next renewal
Or you can buy Calling Add-Ons for additional talk time:
=> $5 for 500 Canada Long Distance minutes (1 cent per minute).
=> $8 for 200 U.S. & Canada Long Distance minutes (4 cents per minute).
=> $15 for 400 International Long Distance minutes (3.73 cents per minute).
These local Add-Ons (for use in Canada) do not expire as long as you have an active plan. Unused minutes roll-over to the next cycle.
As with most prepaid services, calls are rounded up by the minute. Also the timer starts right after you dial. Note that calls to your voicemail or checking it count towards your calling time.
TIP: Check your voicemail messages from another device. It's free to do so.

@GSMSYour account balance has nothing to do with minutes used. When you login using selfserve does it show available minute on the landing page? If no, then you used up all your minutes for the 30 days. You can purchase the 500 minute Canada Wide add-on for $5 to get up and running. Add-on minutes never expire and stay in your account until all used up.

How many minutes do you have left for the current 30-day cycle?
To find the answer: Right when you log in, you're directed to your overview page. Can you look in the "My Data & Add-Ons" section? You should see the following:
50 International Outgoing Texts and Unlimited Incoming Texts X / 50 Unit
Limited Canada-Wide Talk Y / 50 MIN
What number do you see in the "Y" position? If it's 50, that means you have no more minutes left. You can buy an add-on or wait until your 50 minutes is renewed at the beginning of your next billing cycle.

- which plan are you? - $10 Canada wide
- when you logon Self Serve or dial 611, what is your account status? - shows $10
- were any changes done recently?- No
- Can you receive calls? Texting works ok? - calls go directly to voice mail

Do you have balance left? This is a prepaid company service.

Hi, @GSMS ! Are you on a plan with limited minutes (the $10 plan or the $15 plan)?
If so, is there a chance you used up all 50 or 100 minutes? You can log into your self-serve account to see how many minutes you have left. If you're out of minutes, you won't even be able to make local calls, so that would explain why you're getting this message.
You can buy one of the add-ons (e.g., 500 Canada-wide Long Distance minutes for $5), and the leftover minutes will roll over into the next month until you use them all up.
EDIT: Another question that might help if the above doesn't apply: Have you been able to make and accept calls before? Or is this your first time trying and you've never been able to make a call.
Hopefully this helps! If not, I hope you're able to find a solution 🙂
