I have checked the Account status overview page and it says Active
The other sim I tried in the phone was a freedom mobile sim that worked
Of course, it could be any non phone issue, sim, setting, pm etc.
I'd send a msg to moderators in case we need their help.
It can take up to 48 hours for the team to respond to your concerns.
But, if you know how to take a screenshot and remove personal information, I'd like to see your apn settings to compare them to mine.
