I can't not receive incoming calls or texts I didn't port a old number I was getting calls and then it stopped..

@Howsyourmuffler  If the problem is only with incoming calls and texts then I would recommend trying your sim in another phone to see if it works. If yes, then it would indicate a phone/setting issue

You can try going to your settings and under Wireless & Networks, click More.

 

The click on Cellular Networks and then Network Operators.  Then select "Public Mobile".

 

If that doesn't work, power off your phone and remove the SIM.  Re-insert and power on.

 

If you still have problems then you would need to contact a moderator.

You can try this...Log in to self-serve. Plan & Add-Ons from top menu. Lost/Stolen Phone from next menu. Suspend Service button. Log out. Wait a few minutes. Log back in and back to Lost/Stolen Phone and Resume Service this time. Log out. Restart phone.

Are you able to check your Self Serve account? Does it show Account Status: Active?

Which plan are you on and was it recently renewed?

Do outgoing calls and text work?
