Can't make ANY calls - gives long distance error

Candace111

Hi there.

Yesterday my plan was suspended because a payment didn't go through. I made the payment, but I was still unable to make calls. So, I changed phone plans because I thought this might "reactivate" my plan.

Now, when I try to make ANY call, I am told I cannot becaues it is "long distance". I have not left my home, I am just trying to call many people I've regularly called locally. I have a Canada-Wide plan so this shouldn't be a problem anyways. It also won't let me call 800 numbers, or anything else.

Please help me!

Same here... 2nd time in two months it does that...I tried the "Suspend Service" routine to no avail... Last month PM acknoledged it was on their hand when they gave us a free 400 Mins Long-distance plan... Problem was then solved...

I contacted the Mods so let's see how it goes this time...

Restart the phone?

Or also try the lost/stolen feature.
Log in to self-serve. Plan & Add-Ons from top menu. Lost/Stolen Phone from next menu. Suspend Service button. Log out. Wait a few minutes. Log back in and back to Lost/Stolen Phone and Resume Service this time. Log out. Restart phone.
See what happens.
