My iPhone 3G is compatible with the system, but I am unable to find VPN information. I assume this is why my iPhone is still not connected, even though my account is active?

@suz-uzi - I am guessing that you mean APN (not VPN).
Just do a search for APN iphone, and you should be able to find info. Unfortunately, I do not have a direct reference to give you.
