Can not receive calls

It's been 5 days since I activated the SIM card with a 40 $ plán and I still can not receive calls from the others. I restart the phone, went to London Drugs to get some help but no one could help mé. What's going on??

@Martin90  best to submit s ticket to Public and ask them to investigate. It's possible that there is a problem with your number port. Do the following ASAP.

Did you ask Public Mobile to port a number in?
