I have paied my service. Nut the bandwith  is very weak. I can not connect to the internet or  browers

@Anita1956 are you brand new to Public Mobile and data has not worked at all for you yet, or you're an existing customer and your data stopped suddenly?  What plan are you on?  What brand and model of phone are you using?
