Hello , has anyone had difficulties with samsung galaxy note 9 not connecting to internet , I followed every step with APN and still no luck , can anyone help ? Thank you in advance

I would also verify that you still have available Data remaining on your account.  Log in to Self Serve and double check?  Often, providers renew monthly, but Public Mobile renews every 30 days that can throw things off.  If you're out of data that was working before, that would be why.

you can try reseat the SIM card and Make sure your phone is off before removing your SIM card,

1. power off your device

2. take out the SIM card,

3. waiting a 1 minute,

4. put it back and power on,

5. toggling airplane mode off/on,  

 

and do again Rebooting your phone,

*what is mean for Rebooting the phone means to turn off your phone and turn it back on again.

 

How to reset network settings on an Android device
  1. Open the Settings app on your Android.
  2. Scroll to and tap either "General management" or "System," depending on what device you have.
  3. Tap either "Reset" or "Reset options."
  4. Tap the words "Reset network settings."

Select the brand and model of your phone, After doing so, you will be provided with the exact APNs required for your phone on our network.

 

and can you try manually selecting network "3G ONLY" or WCDMA only,

and do Rebooting your phone

Just to make sure: you still have data available in your account?

Has it ever worked before or nothing since you activated?

In the latter case, your SIM might have a provisioning issue and you'll need CS help.

That phone should have no issues.

Do you have your data enabled...i gotta ask.

 

Can you try someone else's SIM in your phone to see if Data works, even it is from another provider?

@Nick75 You might need to reset the network settings: 

Keep in mind this will also reset the wifi logins.

The instructions should be similar for every Android phone.

To reset network settings
  1. Find and tap Settings > System > Advanced > Reset options > Reset network settings.
  2. Tap RESET SETTINGS.

Voice calls are ok and just not Data?

 

did you try a network reset or even a Factory reset?

 

or can you show us  a screenshot of what do you currently have on your APN?
