@Vanou You need to renew your plan. To do that you need to have an access to your self-serve account. If you signed up at the store, you will need to reach out to the Moderator_Team and they will create an account. You can also dial 611 from your phone to pay for your plan if you have credit card added in your account or you can purchase vouchers from stores such as Walmart, The Mobile shop, London drugs, wow mobile or online at Recharge.com.
