What do you if the account was suspended due to expired credit card.

Then trying to log in and forgot password.

Vouchers can be purchased at London drugs, Shell stations, SDM and 7/11. Vouchers from these retailers are immediately valid upon purchase and can be added to your account via 611. Once connected to 611 press (1) and (1) again and enter the 12 digit pin #. It will confirm if you added it successfully. Reboot your phone if necessary but your service should be automatically reactivated.

More info and examples of vouchers can be found here....

Firstly, try the forgot password option on the self serve account login page. If that doesn't work, you'll need to have your password reset by going to  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html and then typing in "forgot security question answer".

As for getting your service working again, you will need to make a manual payment.  You can do that from within your self serve account once you regain access or you can  buy a top up voucher from a store that sells them (usually convenience stores, grocery stores, pharmacies, etc.) or from an online retailer such as ding.com or recharge.com. The top up can be added to your account from such a vouche by dialing *611 on your phone.
