I set up an account a month ago with auto pay but after a month my phone was disconnected.
I cannot get into my account to find out what happened? can anyone help me get reconnected? Please and Thank you.

@Cindy57 If you haven't done so check your credit card for a PM charge before making another payment. Calling 611 will aso allow payment directly from your registered card.
While waiting for resolution, you may wish to try an application like that from fongo.com. It provides free calling across Canada from wherever you are connected to wifi (or on cellular data); SMS as well for a fee.

Did you create a self service account when you signed up? Forgot your password to access account?
If you forgot your password, you can reset your password.

If you still unable to access account, you will need to contact moderator as described above.
Dialing 611 is also a good idea if unable to access account.

@Cindy57 Hi Cindy are you able to dial *611 from your phone? If so go out to the store and buy a voucher and enter the 12 digit code to add some balance to your account and reactivate your phone.. then log in to the self servce portal link here. and see what's wrong with your account.
