If you have no phone service and cannot wait for a moderator I think you can get the phone working by doing the following:
1. make a 1 time payment of $50 thus increasing Available Funds to $120, logout
2. login to your account, click Change Plan, pick the 90 day provincial calling, texting, 6 GB data (i.e. $120), click activate now, logout
3. wait a few minutes, reboot your phone and check for service
4. private message a moderator to correct your plan to the promo
Wild. When in the "Change Plan" screen after making the selections you outlined, it magically gave me the option to reup on my current plan (The $120 12GB plan), and it actually worked. Who knows why, anyways thanks for the help lol.
