I just paid for my plan and now it is saying plan expired???

can anyone help me out here

@turbo99 Do you have a service now? If yes, and today is your renewal date, it is okay. Tomorrow it will change to Active.

You can dial *611 on your phone to check your account balance and confirm your plan expiry date. If your services are still working on your phone, you likely have nothing to worry about!

Was it your renewal date when you paid? If all your services are working, ignore that message. That is the usual renewal message in self service.
