Why is my phone suspended although I already paid my bill 12 days ago April 11th, 2019. I never had this issue before and I have been with this company for years. How do I get back my money or turn my phone back on.

I just wrote to the moderators (once). Did nothing with my account. Everything just went back to normal and I didn't pay anything or subscribed/changed the plan. I guess it's slowly getting repaired and patience (after writing to moderators) is the best fix for now.

How did your phone get restablished. did you paid twice?

Had the same issue. I didn't get word from the moderators, but my service was restablished. Hopefully, the whole thing will get fix soon.
