Hi

Me and my girlfrind we have 2 different accouns

I referred my girlfriend and I paid more for the same plans.

I paid by credit card, and have a subscription

I use only around 1% of my bandwidth for internet

Whats could be the problem?

@PatouxThe amount you pay via your credit card includes tax.

So you have the same plans but you referred her so -$1.  By subscription do you mean you signed up for autopay?  Data doesn't matter as there are no overage charges data just stops.

It might be easier if you tell us what plans you have and what amounts were paid.

If her account is new she would have had $10 for being referred into her Available funds account if this was your first renewal
