I made a full payment for my phone bill on April 23rd which connected my service for 6 days only. I was not recieving calls or able to make any outgoing calls because my account was suspended for 'non payment' on April 29th. I had to make another full payment to maintain my services. All payments are shown in my banking statments, Why didnt my first payment stay on my account? Will this be an ongoing issue? Will I also get a refund since I made a double payment?

@puppieskittens4  - If you didn't do any sort of plan change that required the additional payment, you need to contact the moderator team and ask them to investigate.  There have been some strange billing issues going on lately, and you might have been affected.  If you were over billed, they will credit you.
