@tinalapensee Please take care not to mark your own posts as solutions. It's not fair to those trying to help. If you have mistakenly paid twice, usually there are no refunds. If Public Mobile were to agree give you a refund, I believe it would take a few weeks to complete. If the extra payment is in your account balance, I would consider just leaving it there for future use.
