I channged my plan from $35 to $25 a week ago and I have $6 reward,  but I just checked my payment history. I was charged $30.24. 

 

Is it right?

Some people were missing their rewards last week. Check your payment history page. Supposedly, PM will credit your account. 

 

If missing, contact moderator as described above

Click on the ? in lower right side of screen to start process of moderator assistance. Type "overcharged" and follow along until Contact Moderator. They'll get back to you to explain your charges and make corrections if due.

Can you screenshot the payment history

You are most likely have to contact moderators to sort out
