Before you log in to your account make sure you clear your browser, close all tabs and reboot your device if its been awhile.....then open one tab only in secret/incognito mode using firefox, chrome or safari.
Once logged in and choosing "manage my card" choose "replace my card." Copy your billing address exactly except do not use the apt/unit box just add your suite # to the street address. Do not use a space in the postal code. USE ALL CAPS if necessary.

You can do that in self service. Choose payment tab.
