issue with voucher

Hate to be the bearer of bad news, @baljeet , however if you posted the voucher number here, or anywhere else in a public forum, it may have already been screenshot and scooped up by someone.

@baljeet My voucher has a voucher number and a PIN# on the receipt.  I used the PIN# when I entered my voucher and it worked.  Try the PIN# to see if that works?

@baljeet  hi some vouchers take a few hours to activate you may have to wait and try later

Have you tried adding it by calling 611 from your phone.  Some vouchers take up to 24 hours to activate. When did you purchase and where?
