Having credit on your accoount doesn't allow phone calls. There are no pay-per-use charges at Public Mobile. You'll need to purchase a long distance minutes (that can also be used for loca calls) add-on.

Make sure you have $$ in Available Funds, then Purchase Add-ons. Select the add-on you wanted.

@Tyonne79 hi buying an add on is a 2 step process first you put the money in your account and then go back and buy your add on
