If credit card payment isn't working, you can buy vouchers from stores like Walmart, Wow Mobile, Shopper's Drug Mart, and some gas stations.

@Avitkovitsky62  Best to add a credit card and enable AutoPay. Another option is online via recharge.com or ding.com via voucher.

@Avitkovitsky62  if you've got a credit card on your account you can call 611 and pay from there. If not You can go buy a public mobile voucher and then add it to your account by self serve or by 611

If you are paying with a voucher dial 611 and you should be able to pay there. 

Otherwise you can log into your self serve account and click on payment tab from the overview page (near the top), and select one time payment and follow the prompts to pay with a voucher or credit card. 

You can also select to register for autopay with your credit card and get a $2 credit every payment cycle.
