i sat up public mobile and once i checked my account i noticed that 2 payments came out and wasn't to pleased to see that and i noticed that there is no minutes and data on my phone

Log in your account, click my plan and will show up your plan details included minutes and data.

When you log into your self serve account is it showing active ?
