i sat up public mobile and once i checked my account i noticed that 2 payments came out and wasn't to pleased to see that and i noticed that there is no minutes and data on my phone

@amypollard Can you provide some screenshots of your account? we are all just normal users here and don't have access to your account information. One scenario is you might have just added money to your account and didn't use it to purchase a plan?

Log in your account, click my plan and will show up your plan details included minutes and data.

When you log into your self serve account is it showing active ?
