Hi , I cannot login to my account and cannot use autopay on my phone, it shows no network

Since Public Mobile doesn't have Wi-Fi calling, I'm not sure how whether connecting to Wi-Fi is related to someone's Public Mobile service.

Are you saying that you just opened an account but there was error at the payment stage of the activation?

Are you activating a new account or are already a client?
Is it giving you an error for autopay?

Have you tried reseting your password?

If reset password does not work, you will need to contact moderator to access your self service account.
Click on the question mark on the right lower corner of website to start ticketing process to contact moderator. Type: Contact moderator and follow the prompts to submit ticket.
Have you tried dialing 611 to access your autopay?
