Hi:
Forgot User name and Password.
My credit card has been expired and i got the message from Public Mobile.
Please send me a new user and password so i can add my new credit card to pay. I pay every 3 months.

Go to the log in screen and click ‘Forgot my password or username’ You will then be asked to input your email and then receive an email to reset your password. Click on the link and set up a new password. Hope this helps!

@ducma11 For immediate payment use the 611 system to pay your account.
For passwords/email resets submit a ticket to moderators by clicking on the SIMon ? mark bottom right of your screen or private message Moderator_Team via the envelope icon top right.
