do you have any telephone number or email for public mobile customer service

best,

Public Mobile is 100% online.

As @computergeek541 stated, there is no phone or email support.

PM employees are known as Moderators. You can find out more about them here

You would need to contact them via private message via this Community forum.

If you just signed up, you pay $15 (plus taxes) for the first 30 days.
The next bill cycle, you will pay $11 plus taxes.
For the next 10 months after that, it will be $13 plus taxes.

After your 1st year anniversary, it will be $12 plus taxes.
You'll earn $1 credit every bill cycle for each year that you're with Public Mobile, max up to $5.

Is this your first cycle?

If you login to your self-serve you should see $2 on your account.

The next cycle though will again get$2 just before your card gets charged so next time you will pay $11

PS. I suggest you withdraw $11 manually couple of days before your renewal, or when you get the reminder sms that renewal is coming up. Autopay may fail and leave you without service and headache to reactivate it.

Don't worry you will still get the reward, you just need to be registered for autopay to get the reward and data bonus, they don't care where money comes from.

Also on the due day for couple of hours your account will have status expired. Don't worry if everything is working you should ignore it and not force any account changes manually as that c can cause problems too. As long as everything is working don't fix anything that day

The $2 autopay reward would be credited on your next renewal.

Public Mobile does not provide customer service over the phone nor by e-mail.

The first 30 days of your service is full price.  You get an extra discount for the next renewal.
