Ensure you didn't forget to select a voice option when you changed your plan.
if you did forget, do not do anything, until you contact a moderator. Unfortunately, they're not in until 9 am tomorrow.

Hi,
If you have done basic troubleshooting such as restarting your phone and calling still dont work, send a private message to one of the mod and they will get back to you tomorrow morning.
