Why was I charged $28.45 while I'm at $25 plan? How can I see the bill for the exact charged amount? Thanks!

because $25+taxes

Sales tax is always assessed at point of sale. GST, HST, PST, QST, whatever applies in your region.

It's added when AutoPay charges your credit card. Or it's added when you buy a Payment Voucher from a vendor. It can't be avoided and costs the same either way. (Unless you want to smuggle Payment Vouchers from province to province to reduce taxes, or you claim a Native Status tax exemption when purchasing from a vendor on Native Reservation land.)

Once the payment is deposited to your account it's not taxed again. So $25 in "Available Funds" will pay for a $25 Plan.

How did you pay...auto pay or top up online with a credit card!

<edit> Spoke too soon, forgot that NO tax shows up in there either.

Thank you. It does help!

@tigerwang1There is no eBill because you prepay instead of bill (after use).

You see the additional charges when you do a manual recharge:

$20$20

Thank you! So can I see the e-bill? Or they just do not have that?

Taxes.

Just like shopping at the store, the price on the shelf is the pre-tax price. The price you pay is the post-tax price.
