Why is my payment amount estimated?

You can access your online Self Serve account any time to find out when your next payment is due, and how much the estimated charge will be.

This charge is estimated because your earned Rewards will not be applied to your account until your payment due date. So, if you check your account anytime time before your payment due date, your estimated amount is the cost of your plan, less any Rewards before taxes.

Well, I have a Whopper Savings in Credit in System, so I always have a Back-Up Plan

Especially if ppl are on a Fixed Monthly Income, and Billing Dates drop every so often, this way to avoid Suspension of service, and maintain Account

 i agree with you this would be more helpful to most customers trying to figure out what amount they will need. I just use the auto top up for the sam amount every month. if i have left overs i save it 🙂

That makes Sense.

BUT, Perhaps PM should have it read:

Due Date:

Rate Plan(s):

Rewards Earned:

Total After Rewards Rebates

And, perhaps having that INFO available, 48-60 HRS Before Billing DUE DATE
