Since I've signed up I've noticed my payments coming out a day earlier each month? Can somebody tell me why this is happening?
Thanks

I've had the problem with other companies, it's normal. Billing computers keep track of time more literally than we do, I guess.

Are you talking about the payment due date on your overview page?
I know that it is confusing. It says your plan payment due date is Feb 13, for an example. It also says your payment is due by 11:59pm of Feb 13. But the payment is due on 0000 hour of Feb 13.

I am pretty sure @CannonFodder answered your question but would you mine selecting a response as the "Solution". This way other seeking the same information will know what the answer is?
Thanks

Just have to look at the bright side...lower payments even though they are very slightly more often now!

And if we are VERY lucky we could have no payment at all in February! But then there would be two payments in either January or March to make up for it!

Great Thanks!

Yes, don't miss it... the only time your renewal will move back instead of forward. But unfortunately only by 1 day this time rather than 2 days.

Good news that the next month will be later as this one is shorter month:)

@bigbadd69 To get your next renewal date just dial 611 from your device.

@bigbadd69 The plans are all 30 days, NOT monthly, therefore, when we have months with 31 days, the renewal gets bumped by a day.
