Hi,
I wanted to change my plan but my phone plan had expired. So, to change the plan it said I had to unsuspend the phone. I did.
Then, to change the plan to add text I had to pay the whole monthly fee again instead of the added cost. How can I get the month I initially paid for back? Seems silly to pay$22 for 3 minutes.

thank you for reaching out to us regarding your recent plan change!
From reading your post, it looks as though you were charged for the entire cost of the plan after wanting to add text messaging. This is usually the normal process and how the system works - it won't allow you to add a service without covering the entire cost of the plan. @sjackson You cannot change your plan from self-serve when your account is expired/suspended. Because you renewed your existing plan and then changed to new one, you were charged for the both plans.
To correct this, send a private message to the Moderator_Team with your account details and an explanation. They will get back to you in the morning.
