What does the status say on your Self Serve or when you call 611?
Have you tried to Restart your phone?

If the reactivate button doesn't work then go to the plans or usage page. Click on lost/stolen. Suspend your service. Log out/in. Resume your service. Your account should now be active. Log out and reboot your phone.
