Urgent*disconnect service due to invalid credit card

Hi, I recently lost my credit card so had to cancel it which I forgot had auto pay for this service.  Now my phone is disconnected, how do I pay for my plan and get my phone reconnected.  I never register for self serve and not not able to without my phone.  Help!

If you never registered for self serve, then you'd have to be an older customer with phone support no? In that case you could just call them?

@Help123 While awaiting resolution, if you need to make phone calls try an application like that from fongo.com. It provides free calling across Canada from wherever you are connected to wifi. I have it as my "emergency" backup and for checking messages when outside Canada.
