The postcode for the billing address on my credit card is too long for the box provided. So I can't register my card and can't pay my bill.

If you might be relying on an auto-fill program, please don't.
Put cursor in field all the way to the left and manually type in postal code, character for character, 6 in total, with no spaces.

Either keep the space and drop the last letter/digit or drop both the space and the last digit/letter..

post code is six character, if you saying your code is too long, are you in the area outside canada?

Can you take a screen shot where you are trying to enter the postal code.?
...but leave out any personal info

Don't use any spaces between each alphanumeric characters.
