Unable to reactivate my current plan

Hi,I am unable to reactivate my current plan I have tried many times to reactivate my plan but i am still unable.Can you please help me with this problem.I am on auto pay.

@Abdool45 do you have any funds in your account? 

 

You could top up your account with a one time payment then reactivate your account until you get the autopay feature figured out. 

 

Go to make a payment then choose what payment you want to use to top up your account, visa debit, cresit card or voucher. 

 

Then click reactivate.

@Abdool45  try using using the amount due button and  hitting the reactivate plan button.

If this fails try using the other option and enter the full cost of your plan + $1 and hit the reactivate plan button again. Stay safe. If they both fail use @gpixel 's suggestion  and contact the moderators.
