My due date is today and I am unable to pay with my voucher because my service has been cut.

How would I do that, I don't see any icons for a moderator ?

@MistahX2  If your service was cut your due date was probably 11:59 last night. You should still be able to access your account online for 90 days after your last service date. If you are having trouble/getting an error message try using a different browser or private/incognito mode, most people find that Chrome incognito works best.

Write to the moderator...they can help you...

I was unable to access , My Account. I tried to call and my phone has no service so I couldn't dial 611 either. I had to set up a new account under a different email in orer to access the community. The due date is today, February 21st .

@MistahX2, have you tried to sign in to your My Account to enter the vouchers there?
