Topup not working

I have added a $40 topup by calling 611. Got a confirmation as well, howver the phone is still not working

Go online to self serve and Click reactivate service

Try the lost/stolen feature. Log in to self-serve. Plan & Add-Ons from top menu. Lost/Stolen Phone from next menu. Suspend Service button. Log out. Wait a few minutes. Log back in and back to Lost/Stolen Phone and Resume Service this time. Log out. Restart phone. You could potentially lose any rewards that have. 2. Manually add $1 into your account and restart the phone.

@Meeti  While waiting for selfserve to come back up, maybe try putting your phone in airplane mode for 15 minutes and try again. Probably won't work but worth a try at this point.

@MeetiNow that the balance is in your account, login to self serve (when its up, there is an issue right now) and click the re-activate button.

@MeetiNow that the balance is in your account, login to self serve (when its up, there is an issue right now) and click the re-activate button.
