I post here because I noticed I was taken off the $120 12GB plan and put onto the $165 plan by a rep who manually reactivated my account one month.
I have made the remaining payment of the money I owed as requested and I was told to message them on my renewal date (today July 22) to reactivate my account on the proper plan I have been on for a while.
I can't find this user to do this for me and I am without phone service, so if someone could put me back on the $120 plan asap I would appreciate it.

@Zozr Just an FYI: PM never deletes topics just archives them in a searchable database.
