You can dial 611 to get the current status of your account.

You can pay with your on-file credit card by dialing 611...you will need your PM pin.

You can get payment vouchers at local 7-11 type store, then add them to your account before next renewal, again, by dialing 611.

@Chiara2006  Yes, it's not bad to open a ticket with Mod first.

While waiting for Mod's response, I might try paying again with the card on the system after an hour.

If it still fails, you can really for the mod's answer or you can try to use "Replace my card" option to try another credit card (or even re-enter the current credit card again)

Let us know how it turns out.

Hi @Chiara2006

If you have services than you likely do not need to make any payments.

If you have no services, See ways to top up your account here:

https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/voucher-payment-options

If this was an Autopay failure, I would let the Moderators know. And, also ensure all rewards were or will be provided to you.

ps: @Anonymous nice post 😜

@Chiara2006

this could be your account going through the normal renewal process.

The Self Serve  account can say "expired" or "suspended" on the day of or before your plan is due to renew. So if this is the case, ignore these messages on your Self Serve account.

If you have no services, and it is past your renewal, maybe your autopay failed?

  1. Add Funds to your Plan Amount through Self Serve
  2.  (or by calling 611 if you have a card registered)
  3. Go to “Plan and Add-Ons” TAB
  4. Select "Lost/Stolen Phone" TAB
  5. Select "Suspend Service" BUTTON
  6. Then, Select Resume/Reactivate Service
  7. Log out
  8. Reboot your phone.
  9. what is mean for Rebooting the phone means to turn off your phone about 2 minutes and turn it back on.
