Hi, got my phone suspended due to insufficient funds. I am enrolled in monthly Auto Pay program and I called Visa, there is no problem with it. What can I do about it? Thanks

Known issue of Autopay not getting paid automatically.
Manual topping up your plan cost and reactivate.
Create a ticket and contact support if still not working or you dont see re-activate button.

If you are on AutoPay or not, near the end of your monthly payment (1 day before the due payment). This is a standard notice everyone gets. Just log into your Self Serve account to check if your is a $2 credit for AutoPay under View Payment History. If there is, don’t worry about it.

Sometimes auto pay fails. Can you go into self service and make a manual payment for the cost of your plan. Choose other in the drop down menu and enter the cost of your plan. If there is a reactivate button hit that too.
