Hi there,
My account got suspended, it says I didn't not pay but there was a payment on July 27, 2017 when I signed up for the account.

Phone #: 604-xxx-xxxx
Also, I have been having issues recieving phone calls. They all go to voicemail after one ring. I have only been receining phone calls from other Public Mobile users.
