Still no service after paying for expired plan

My credit card expired and my plan ended up expiring as a result. I updated my card info and added funds and setup autopay with the new card, but I still have no service.

In my account it still says "Plan Expired" and

  • Your plan expired on Aug 10, 2019.
  • Top up before Nov 8, 2019 or your account will be deactivated.
  • Current Balance: $25.00
  • Amount Due: $0.00

Can someone help me out?

Try the lost/stolen phone trick:

To report your phone stolen. Login to your selfserve account. Choose Plans and Add-ons tab. Choose the Lost/Stolen Phone tab. Choose Suspend Service tab. Wait a few minutes. Report your phone found. Re-start you phone

That message must have an error in it as it's only July. I am going to assume that's not a typo?

Are the funds that you manually added still sitting in your account balance?

Thanks, I'll try that once I can login again. The Public Mobile self-serve site is unresponsive for me at the moment.

I copy-pasted that from my account page, so no typo. The funds I added were deducted immediately from my account balance.

Thanks, that worked!
