My credit card expired and my plan ended up expiring as a result. I updated my card info and added funds and setup autopay with the new card, but I still have no service.
In my account it still says "Plan Expired" and

Try the lost/stolen phone trick:
To report your phone stolen. Login to your selfserve account. Choose Plans and Add-ons tab. Choose the Lost/Stolen Phone tab. Choose Suspend Service tab. Wait a few minutes. Report your phone found. Re-start you phone

That message must have an error in it as it's only July. I am going to assume that's not a typo?
Are the funds that you manually added still sitting in your account balance?
I copy-pasted that from my account page, so no typo. The funds I added were deducted immediately from my account balance.

That message must have an error in it as it's only July. I am going to assume that's not a typo?
