This is a pain in the ads. Where is my **bleep** Service? I paid my **bleep** bill.

Yes it looks like it has been couple of rough days here I guess too many changes simultaneously and too many people asking for help. Your best bet would be to contact moderators directly. The sooner the better looks like long wait. Hopefully they will be able to resolve them in batches as there is so many with very similar issues.

This has been utterly ineffective. I'm dropping this service and filing a complaint for compensation.

No this ALL PM'S fault. It's a billing error. Fix it Now!!! You owe me $73 dollars. I had to pay twice. Fix it now or I'm seeking legal action. Got it?

Service stopped. Paid in full march19. Phone service fine till this morn. So manual payment taken then phone cancelled. No explanation. Message said plan expires march 22? Should be April 20. Thinking bout legal action.

Assuming new customer. To your question, diagnose yourself to the following situations:

  • New number or port-in?
    • Port-in:
      • How long has it been?
        • 3+ hours: Stuck port. Ask a moderator (Can take up to 48 hrs, 1 message at a time).
    • New number:
      • Your phone is not compatible (Rare), buy a new phone
      • SIM card defect (Even more rare), ask a moderator
  • Do you have TELUS towers nearby? (Check here)
    • No: You simply have no signal.
