Request for invoice

Hello,

 

Is it still possible to request an invoice from PM ? I used to do this in the past.

I tried to request one at http://publicmobile.ca/get-help and got an automated response that there are no invoices available at PM.

You cannot get invoice from the self-serve online.  If you need an invoice to claim monthly expense, you need to ask moderator every month.

Create a moderator support ticket using the ? button at the right side bottom corner of this page.
Keep asking SIMon to "contact human" for one or more times. SIMon will eventually show you the "Submit a ticket" button. Click on submit button to get the create ticket screen.
Moderator wait time is up to 2 days.

Contact a moderator by clicking ?, bottom right, and following instructions.

Good to hear, I will wait until January o see if I can get the works all at once but have my screen shots as back up. Of course being down to the $15 plan for awhile now, my renewals are free with all the various rewards and credits so some of the invoices are going to be very boring! Who would have thought!!

@AE_Collector  Invoices get sent via email as PDF attachments so asking for JAN - DEC would not be a problem.

I can't imagine asking moderators for 12 (or even 13) invoices so I am hoping that sometime in January I can request a single invoice for Jan 1 through Dec 31. Hopefully that won't be difficult but I think we can only see the last 6 months in our account (been taking screen shots every 3 to 4 months as back up) so the Moderators may not be able to put out a single 12 month activity invouce either.

@xoy74  Submit a ticket to PM and include an email address of here you want your invoices to be sent.

You would need to submit a ticket to a moderator by clicking on the question mark on the bottom right.

In order to do so, you will need the following information:

First name:
Last name:
Street address:
Suite/Apartment (if applicable):
City:
Province:
Postal Code:

Account #
Email address (if possible):
Requested Month / Period
Amount paid

Yes you can still request one it can take quite awhile for you to actually get it though.  

You will need the assistance of the Moderators and to do that you will need to create a Trouble Ticket.  Click this link https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat/ and enter your question into SIMon.  Follow the prompts to get to the Contact Us button and then a Submit Ticket button will appear.

 

Community Moderators are available from Monday-Friday 8 am(Eastern) to 12 am(Eastern) and Saturday, and Sunday from 8 am(Eastern) to 10 pm(Eastern)
