Renewal of service

My husband and I purchased our service at the same time and he has received renewal effective May 15 after an auto payment was processed. The auto payment for my service was also processed on the 14th and I received notice that the service does not renew until May 22. Please advise why there is a discrepancy in our renewal of service.
