I am completely without service. There is nothing wrong my credit card. I need my phone ASAP as I am on a job that needs constant contact with my employer today for updates. From what I have read in the forum this seems to be an issue for many? Am I to expect this every month? This is not convenient and easy and its taking time out of my day. I would appreciate some help.
